For students Kindergarten to 12th grade - open enrollment until the cast is full. Every cast member is in multiple production numbers on stage and has group or individual lines. We may double cast part or all of the characters in the show depending on enrollment. Because we rent our performance and rehearsal space and to cast the best show possible need to know how many students are participating in advance.

Tech Week and Shows are March 9th - 16th, 2025 at Lincoln-Way West and are mandatory
Rehearsal Information
Rehearsals are every Saturday morning from 9:00am until 11:15am for everyone. We also have rehearsals on Saturday afternoons from 11:15 to 1:00 pm, Mondays 6 to 8 pm and Thursdays 6 to 8 pm for some students. These rehearsals are split by song and scene so it's not everyone all of the time. The larger the role the more rehearsal time. Closer to show time we have full cast rehearsals on Thursday from 6 to 8 pm and split Saturdays between casts 9-11am and 11am - 1:00pm. If we have two casts the will alternate days during tech week.
Rehearsals meet at St. John's United Church of Christ. 11100 Second St, Mokena
Tech week and shows will be at Lincoln-way West Performing Arts Center, New Lenox
Tuition New Students
Tuition for new students, when paid in full is a discount rate of $450.
Tuition can also be split into 2 payments of $230. The first payment is due at enrollment with this form, the second installment is due no later than 2/01/25. Late payments will be assed a $10 late fee.
Tuition Returning Students
Tuition for returning students when paid in full is a discount rate of $430 (Anyone who was in a show, camp or class in the past year including Alice in Wonderland Jr, Moana Jr, Mean Girls, Little Mermaid Jr, or NLPD Class 2024) receives the discount. We appreciate your support and loyalty to our program!
Tuition can also be split into 2 payments of $220 due at enrollment and $220 due by 2/01/25. Late payments will be assed a $10 late fee unless arrangements are made in advance.
Payments can be made via Cash, Check, Venmo friends (do not select "Service") or Zelle. If you have not previously enrolled we will email the links after you complete your enrollment form.
Please note that there are NO tuition refunds after auditions. Tuition is refundable prior to auditions minus a $50 registration fee.

Tickets
Cast members and their families will be allowed to purchase tickets before they go online for the general public and we will have a two tier option for this show. Tickets will range between $15-$20 each.
Costumes
Parents will need to provide basic costume pieces such as a white shirt or black/blue dress pants and black shoes. Any matching costumes such as school uniform or matching dance costumes that you would not be able to use on a daily basis are provided by AAMCT.
Volunteering
We are so grateful to our parent volunteers, we cannot have as successful of a show for the students without out your help! BUT we do understand if you have heavy work commitments and offer a $50 buyout option. Please select the buyout option on the form and add $50 to your first tuition payment so we can plan in advance to replace you.
Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis and is not complete until you have completed this form and paid your tuition fee. We will let you know when/if the first group fills up. If we are unable to have a second cast and you have completed your registration for the second cast we will refund your tuition in full include the registration fee. Your place in the program is not secure until you have paid your tuition.

Audition Material
Materials will be shared in Google Drive or emailed and will include character descriptions, audition lines and songs you need to sing based on the character you are auditioning for. The drive will be shared starting 12/13/24.
