There is very detailed information on the Google form about our Covid Safety Procedures. In general: everyone wears a mask, only cast members are allowed inside for rehearsal, all dances, acting and resting spots are kept 6 feet apart, no water fountain.

Rehearsals

Meets on Thursdays and Saturdays at St John's Community Center.

Thursday meets approximately 5:00 - 8:00 depending on if we have two casts. If two casts then Cast A is from 5:00 to 6:30 Cast B is from 6:45 to 8:15 pm. This will not be every single Thursday, it will be split by song and scene.

Saturdays Approximately 10:30am to 3pm. Split by cast. A in the morning B in the afternoon. There will also a couple of Monday or Wednesday rehearsals via Zoom dates to be determined based on student availability.

Performances & Technical Rehearsals

Thursday- Sunday, April 19th -21st. Exact type, number and times will depend on current Covid-19 restrictions. (See google registration form for more info)

Tuition

Tuition will be $325 and includes costumes, set & materials. It can be paid via Zelle, Venmo or cash. You will be emailed the payment links after you have filled out your google form. Please follow the links or we will need to pass along the paypal fees.

Tickets

Tickets will depend on the type of performance. If in person there will be a limit of one adult per cast member and you will be able to video tape, the cost will be $25. If virtual streaming service the cost will be between $11 - $13 per email address. This will depend on current Covid-19 restrictions at the time of the show. We will have more details closer to the show. We may be able to do both. If we are able to have a larger in person audience we will. If we are unable to have an in person audience we will use the ticket money towards a DVD of the show.

Volunteer Requirements

The volunteer time will be less than normal because of the limited performance size and Covid restrictions. We will still need help with painting, props, costumes, printing, and crafting as well as sanitizing or you can do a buyout of $25.
